During our recent trip to Bangkok, we booked ourselves a table at the Blue Elephant Restaurant which serves royal Thai cuisine. It has garnered numerous accolades including the Michelin star!

ROYAL PROJECT EGGPLANT SCALLOPS
Inspired by her collaboration with the Royal Project Vegetables and Herbs Farm, Chef Nooror created
a Purple Eggplant Salad with Grilled Scallops, Herbal Spiciness and a hint of Truffle oil.
