Chef Paolo's Spaghetti Arrabiata

Our Italian Chef, Mr. Paolo Romano, shows us how to make an easy and delicious dish of Spaghetti Arrabiata.

Ingredients:
• 440 g spaghetti
• 1 bunch of fresh Italian basil
• 2 cloves of crushed garlic
• 1 Thai chili (chopped)
• 300g cherry tomatoes
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method:
• Prepare the garlic and slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
• Heat the oil in a wide heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, Thai chili, then half of tomatoes, salt and pepper.
• Stir until tomatoes burst and release their juices to form a sauce, 6–8 minutes.
• Meanwhile, Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, until al dente.
• Drain, and transfer spaghetti inside the saucepan,
• Add the rest of cherry tomato and olive oil.
• Toss pasta with the rest of cherry tomatoes and basil
